Navigation & Manual Reprint - Needs Customer wants to reprint parts of a job from a given start page number to given end page number from a last successfully printed page to the next successfully printed page without printed page numbers all mail pieces corresponding to a provided reprint list of unique values all mail pieces containing a dedicated piece of information Customer wants to browse job by content Check that the job contains a dedicated piece of information Select items with a certain logical content from the job

How does it work? If a job is selected for Navigation, the index information is extracted from (an already indexed) AFP job to identify each mail piece. All index values are alphabetically sorted (several index tags possible). The user can choose one of index tags found in the job and browse values corresponding to the selected tag. Then the user can display and browse all mail pieces for a selected tag/value pair. Next step is to easily take over mail piece(s) in a reprint assembly The final step is to submit the reprint assembly as reprint job Customer benefits: Easier reprint of damaged documents Note: In 4.02, only AFP based jobs with index information are supported
