This is a mandatory group that need to be added to all the users. Assign “User” Group to provide access to Employees to use TT Forms. Assign “Supervisor” Group to provide to provide Supervisor level access. Assign “TTHomePage” Group to provide access to TT Home Page Forms.

User Management for Administrators Factory Track administrators need to be created using Users Form. Assign all Trans User module. Set “Super user” flag Assign “Administrator” group.
User Extensions Form Every Factory Track User need to be defined in User Extension Form. User Type field defines the Type of permissions the user would get on Time Track forms. Setup other Factory Track User defaults in this form.

WM Menu Management WM Menu - Traditional Scrollable Menu – WMMenu.mobi. The contents of the Menu are built using the Mongoose Folder name defined in Global Parameter – Warehouse Mobility Startup Menu. Barcode Handling Barcode Handling as 3 sub functional modules Prefix Management Provides an ability to define multiple prefixes based on a Field Type Provides option to turn on/off Prefix Mandatory check at the Field Type level Cross Referencing Provides ability to define the alternative value either based on Item number or order number. Multi-Barcode Split Provides ability to define the combined barcode definition by Transaction. Currently Barcode Handling functionality is implemented for Warehouse Mobility Transactions
Label Printing
Label Printing Uses Bartender Label Printing Software to print labels. Provides an easy interface to view data of all the Printed Labels Provides an ability to reprint a previously printed label. Provides ability to define an alternative Label Format name either at the Item level or customer level. Label Format names are linked to a Transaction by Transaction Parameters using Transaction Settings Form. Label printers need to be defined in the system.
