Always preview your worksheet Add print preview to quick access toolbar If you need to edit your worksheet, close print preview and then edit Print directly from the print preview screen or from the print option Print options
Closing Workbook & keeping excel open Click on the Microsoft Office button. Choose close. Save changes if needed Or click on the close button (the bottom X) in the upper right hand corner of the title bar Exiting Excel Click on the Microsoft Office button. Choose Exit excel. Save changes if needed. The program will close automatically Click on the close button (the top X)
