Technical Assistance Agreements “Ensuring Quality Data Control” All DRH agencies are required to execute TA Agreement with OMNI OMNI provides HMIS/TA to Agency staff Ensures Quality Control of data collection, and data entry Introduces New HMIS protocols Assist with future DRH grants and reporting requirements
