1. All SGIP activities promote, rather than restrict, competition to the benefit of consumers and the marketplace. 2. SGIP requires that its members, employees and other SGIP participants follow antitrust laws of the US and all applicable jurisdictions. 3. Certain topics are never discussed as outlined on Slide If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, you should bring it to the attention of the meeting chair. The chair (or you) should inform the SGIP Executive Director of any possible violations.
No participant may at any time when engaged in SGIP activities discuss, or agree upon: Current or future prices, or any strategies relating to pricing Any price related information (e.g., price changes, price quotations, bids, pricing policies, price levels, price deferential, markups, discounts, allowances, delivery charges, credit or warranty policies, or other conditions of sale) Output, capacity, inventory levels, or costs (including production, inventory, distribution, or wage, salary, or benefits cost) Any market share of the Participant, or that of others Levels of investment or development, or changes to such levels Current or future marketing strategies The capacity of the Participant (or any other organization) to produce or to sell any product or service Whether the Participant (or any other organization) has submitted a bid, or will or will not bid, in any given situation Whether the Participant (or any other organization) will or will not sell any product or service Whether the Participant (or any other organization) will or will not deal with any third party NOTE: During the meeting, the chair may read the bolder text only. If SGIP receives notice that a proposal or an approved SGIP Work Product may require use of an essential patent claim, requests from the patent holder assurances that a license to the essential patent claim will be available either a.On non-discriminatory basis and under reasonable terms and conditions, or b.
