Pipe Condition Flags

Purpose of Culvert Inspections  Identify bad pipes to be replaced during scheduled highway project.  Reduce the incidence of road failures from deteriorated pipes.

Inspection Basics  Inspection Codes:  1 = Good as new condition  2 = Some wear, but structurally sound  3 = Extensive deterioration, consider for repair or replacement  4 = Critical deterioration  0 = Not rate-able
