A 49-year-old man with hemoptysis 8 년 전 alcoholic liver cirrhosis 로 지역 대학병원 f/u 1 년 전 coughing,sputum 있어 지역 대학병원에서 CXR check, mass like lesion 있어 PCNA 시행 ->infalmmation 이외에 특이 소견 없어 observation 6 개월 전부터 cough, BST 5 개월 전 본원 IM3 opd visit Chronic necrotizing pneumonia R/O Actinomycosis 진단하에 augmentin po change 하여 퇴원함 당시 PCNA>>Purulent inflammatory exudate (abscess) 이후 본원 opd f/u 하면서 증상 호전되었으나 15 일 전 cough 심해지 고 intermittent fever,chill 심해짐. 내원 전날 소주 1 잔정도의 hemoptysis 있어 ER 통해 입원.
