 A safety plan details how and what a woman can do to better protect herself.  Safety plans are offered to try to help a woman plan how to be safer in an unsafe situtation  In the HIV world this is harm reduction

 Sexual safety planning for women in violent relationships may be detailed or may not  Her plan for safety may only consist of getting tested  Or it may be more detailed, this presents a barrier
