eLearning Solutions Event Material Status Indicator Displays the status of the Event Materials Icon will display one of four modes: Downloading Preparing Ready To Use Error Click on the icon to view more details

eLearning Solutions The Participant Application The Participant application enables participants at remote locations to connect by means of their personal computers to a live, interactive session in a virtual meeting or classroom and view recorded sessions as well.

eLearning Solutions The Moderator Application The Moderator application is used to create and deliver synchronous and asynchronous content in the Interwise communications environment.

eLearning Solutions Interwise Communications Server The Interwise Communications Server is responsible for the transfer of Live Event data (materials, live data streams, etc.). Can easily be passed to multiple Participants spread over many sites.

eLearning Solutions Interwise Communications Center Event management (Create, edit, delete, Join) Users and roles management System parameters configuration Portal management Only registered users can access the ICC !

Invitations are sent to Participants

eLearning Solutions Moderator 1.Develops Event Materials (PowerPoint, MS Word, Multimedia files and etc…) 2.Convert materials to an Interwise format Before a Live Event Moderator 3. Uploads Event Materials to the ICC 4. Schedules the Event on the ICC. (Date & Time, Participants, Event Materials 5.Event is published in the Communications Center Catalog and in the Department Portals 6. Invitations are sent to Participants Participant 1.Connect to the Internet  Push client asks the server: “Do I need material for future Events?” (every 30 min.)  If the answer is Yes, Event Materials are PUSHED to Participant’s hard-drive Push mechanism
