Call Centre First Responder Verification the Emergency Response Centre will identify themselves by their first name. They will ask the caller for: –Your name and identification number (badge #) –The first responder organization and/or service the caller represents (eg. name of organization, organization type) –A call back number that the caller can be reached at in the event the connection is terminated unexpectedly. –Information regarding the nature of the circumstances being reported (eg.
