Tips (1) Reduce noise levels in your environment Find a quiet place – close doors, turn off radio One speaker at a time, click raise-your-hand emoticons if wish to speak Get comfortable with silence. Allow some time for your audience to digest what you say. Do not breathe into your mic. Mute yourself if you do not wish to speak. Pace yourself while talking, talk at a clear and moderate mode

Copyright © 2005 by Interwise, Inc. Tips (2) Try not to surf the web or engage in other chat messengers during the session to avoid disruption of voice and video. Test equipment and connectivity before every session Moderator controls the flow through the agenda. Appoint someone other than moderator to take meeting minutes. Whoever is taking minutes should mute themselves because the typing sound might be heard by others. If you are recording the session inform everyone and get their consent at the start of the session. Make sure everyone agrees the session is over and then everyone exit
