After the beep, dial your PIN followed by # key The system will prompt you for your name. After the beep, mention (e.g.) ”Ajit" and press # In case there is an error in entering the PIN, don’t worry – hold on while our conference executive attends you to place you into the conference During the conference, if you require any assistance, just press *0 – our conference executives are always available for help

Conferencing Tips Avoid background noise to improve conference experience: Switch off your mobiles / other phones in the room Avoid speaking from open areas with noise in the background Put yourself on mute (press *6) if you are not speaking. When you want to speak, press *6 again to unmute For any assistance e.g. dial-out a new number, checking noise, etc. press *0 to get our conference executive’s assistance

Conferencing for a sophisticated user
Use DTMF commands to control conference Controls available to Chairperson Operator assistance - Press *0 Self dial-out - Press *1 and follow voice commands. When called party responds dial either *2 to take him into the conference or *3 to disconnect Recording - Press *2 for starting / stopping. Note down file name announced by system Live playback - Press *3 to start (after recording is stopped) and again *3 to stop Lecture - Press *5 to mute all participants Self Mute - Press *6 for mute / unmute Roster playback - Press *8 to start, *9 to stop
DTMF commands Controls available to Chairperson Secure conference - press *7 to secure / unsecure. In secure mode, no new participant or any operator can enter conference. Sub-conference: The sub-group to press *93 and also a pre-agreed number (1 to 9) to enter sub-conference.
