Presentation transcript:

 Where do you go to get a clear head – to think things through? What does it mean to be alone with your thoughts? What are the advantages and disadvantages to isolation? What is important to reflect on life – yours specifically or life in general?  One page – yes, there should be paragraphs even though it is not a formal essay

 Do you have a personal philosophy about life? How do you define success? Is it based on possessions, job, wealth, or something else? What is the way to achieve this type of success? Do you have a vision/idea of who you'd like to be when you are older?

 What does it mean to be a non- conformist? Is it an attitude, an appearance, an action, or a combination of the three?  What does it mean to be self-reliant? Is it pure independence? What would want to be self-reliant? Why wouldn’t they?

 What is Civil Disobedience? (You may need to look up each word individually.)  When is okay to break the law? When, if ever, is it necessary to break the law? (Be quite specific in your reasoning.)  What type of government is best? How much control should a government have? How dependent on the government should citizens be? When is a government is out of control, and what can/should be done?
