 The turning point in my life was when I stood up for my self and became self reliant.  The turning point in my life was, when I decided I wanted to do my own thing and not follow in my brothers foot steps.  When I told myself I wanted to be a great athlete.  When I played a different position than my brother

 I first realized I were a individual when I stop following my older brother and started doing things on my own  When I wanted to be my self and stop following older brother.  When I wanted to go to the movies on my own.

 When I had to convince my parents I was responsible enough to do things on my own.  L.I.K.E.  Using the car on the weekends.  Going to the movies or a party.  Having people over the house.

 I didn’t succumb to peer pressure when I worked out instead of going to a party.  I didn’t let my friends decide for me I make my own decision.

 Self reliance is one thing many people need to work on.  More people need to rely on them selves instead of other people or even GOD.  I think if more people helped themselves it would be more people succeeding or wanting to succeed in the world.

 SETTING GOALS FOR SELF IS A GREAT WAY SO ONE COULD GAIN SELF RELIANT IN SELF.  FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH THOSE GOALS IS THE HARDEST STEP.  WHEN THOSE GOALS OR GOAL IS MEANT THAT PERSON OR PERSONS HAVE THAN GAINED WHAT IS CALLED SELF RELIANCE.
