Design  Uses blue plastic tubing wrapped inside a bucket.  Ball bearing descends down the tubing at a constant acceleration.  Tubing is zip-tied through holes in bucket.

Stored Energy  Stored energy = mgh ▪Stored energy is the height gravity mass ▪Example: (10 g ball) ▪(.01kg)(9.81m/s 2 )(.441m)= joules

Conclusion  As long as the ball bearing has a slight initial velocity the sphere will roll all the way down the vortex. This is also possible due to the exact differences in height as the bearing makes a revolution around the bucket.
