 Principal – Oversees the entire school program, must be in the know.  Assistant Principal(s) works with the Athletic Director.  Athletic Director – Oversees the Athletic Program, Coaches and Players.  Student/Athlete – Participants  Parents/Guardians – , cell, twitter, etc.

 Community – website, newspaper, programs, announcements, etc..  Local Media - ?  School system – Is there a supervisor, mentor or someone you can ask questions?

 Always copy s to each other on items/issues related to athletics.  Just a phone call and text message away?  Weekly meetings with Principal and/or Assistant Principal  Operational Leadership Team.  Meetings before big events.  Security/Police/Chaperones.  Alerting the media and other outlets.
