 Always copy s to each other on items/issues related to athletics.  Just a phone call and text message away?  Weekly meetings with Principal and/or Assistant Principal  Operational Leadership Team.  Meetings before big events.  Security/Police/Chaperones.  Alerting the media and other outlets.

 Trust in your coaches  Give them keys  Give them the equipment, supplies and materials they need to run the program safe and appropriately.  Give them guidance.
