2 RMS has licensed the Tenstreet online application and driver qualification platform in order to offer our clients this comprehensive management tool, along with our hands-on training and risk management support. Tenstreet simplifies the collection of driver work history and employment data. Drivers can complete the application from any internet connection and sign all required documents using the computer’s pointing device. It automates prior employment, criminal background, and drug/alcohol verification, and reconciles gaps and discrepancies in employment history. Documents are electronically stored and monitored with a checklist to assure accuracy and completeness of the application and orientation process. The Tenstreet Dashboard enables you to manage the recruiting/driver qualification process and maintain all driver files (including prior employment enquiries) right from your desktop. 4 Tenstreet automates the entire recruiting and hiring process. Applications can be completed from any internet connection.

6 All required information must be entered before proceeding to the next section.

7 The system is designed to indentify incorrect or improperly formatted license and social security numbers.

8 The application allows for easy navigation with a minimum number of sections.

9 Additional information sections appear only when required by a “yes” response.

10 Tenstreet uses auto- fill options from its database to ensure accurate contact information for previous employers.

11 Most questions require yes/no answers or have drop-down boxes with predetermined responses to ensure consistent answers.

12 Tenstreet will advise the applicant if 3 full years prior employment history is not provided.

13 The program will auto-fill missing employment dates, but requires confirmation from the applicant prior to entering.

14 The applicant is requested to provide additional employment history of up to ten years.

15 Applicant is given the opportunity to review the entire application prior to signing and submitting.

16 All authorizations and consent forms, including the PSP Online Service, are included. Any additional forms required by the applicant’s state of residence are automatically generated.

17 Applicant is requested to confirm personal information. The application is digitally signed by holding down the left button and moving the mouse.

18 Applicant is given the opportunity to set up a password protected login, allowing them to provide additional information or make corrections at a later time.

19 You will be notified immediately when the application has been submitted.

20 Reminders help you manage workflows more efficiently and prevent items from “falling through the cracks”.

21 All recruiting and driver qualification functions are managed from the Dashboard.

22 Forms can be “pushed” out to applicants for completion and signature from anywhere. They are automatically routed back to the appropriate drivers file.

23 The Checklist allows users to track the driver qualification workflows and documents. The red buttons indicate that a process has not been completed, or a document has not been received.
