3 ways to form Spanish questions: 1. Tag Questions - These ask for a simple yes/no answer. They are usually formed by adding ¿no? or ¿verdad? to the end of a statement. Estudias español, ¿verdad? You study Spanish, right? Eres del Perú, ¿no? You’re from Peru, ¿aren’t you?

2. Inversion These questions also ask for a yes/no answer but the words in the sentence are placed in a different order. Statement Question Ud. está bien¿Está ud. bien? Juan estudia inglés.¿Estudia Juan inglés?

3. Information Questions These contain a question word and ask for specific information. ¿Cómo estudias para un examen? How do you study for an exam? ¿Qué miras en la televisión? What do you watch on television? ¿Cuándo montan ellas en bicicleta? When do they ride bicycles?
