FUND FLOW After block wise admin sanctions are given, ___ % of amount related to NABARD funding has to be released to CIG group account. Copy SHOULD go to MCC for entering the release info in accounts sub module of CLDP module. The entire amount will be taken as advance to CIG. The TA has to bring the vouchers for adjusting against the advance.

FUND FLOW Like in horticulture the entire works for which work commencement orders are given will be shown in advance link. The vouchers have to be adjusted against the individual works. After each adjustment, RCs and adjustment proceedings will be generated. System will not allow releases (or advance) beyond estimated value. Adjustments also will be as per the amount released. ie we cannot release (advance) less & try to adjust for more.
