（ 1 ） PROCEDURE FOR FLAT HEAT PRESS OPERATION PROCEDURE FOR MULTI FUNCTION HEAT PRESS MACHINE

① Put the machine on a flat surface

② Connect power

③ Push down Red button and turn on the machine

④ After three seconds, machine display as below picture.

⑤ Press “SET”, upper line shows the machine real temperature, the lower line shows the set –up temperature.

⑥ Press “SET”, there are two lines displayed: upper line shows 5P, lower line shows set-up temperature.

⑦ Press to set the temperature needed.

⑧ Press “SET” again, upper line shows 5F,lower lines shows original set time.

⑦ Press to set the time needed.

⑩ Then press “SET” again, upper line shows machine real temperature, lower line shows set temperature.

11 、 When upper line temperature shows the same with the lower line set-up temperature.

12 、 Put the material on the machine

13 、 Put the heat transfer paper on the material

14 、 Press down the upper plate, and then press “Green button”

15 、 When the time shows “0”, means the heat transfer process finished.

① Put the machine on a flat surface

② Change the relative power wire.

③ Press “Red button” to turn on the machine

④ Three seconds later, screen display as below:

⑤ Press “SET”, upper line shows the machine real temperature, the lower line shows the set –up temperature.

⑥ Press “SET”, there are two lines displayed: upper line shows 5P, lower line shows set-up temperature.

⑦ Press to set the temperature needed.

⑧ Press “SET” again, upper line shows 5F,lower lines shows original set time.

⑦ Press to set the time needed.

⑩ Then press “SET” again, upper line shows machine real temperature, lower line shows set-up temperature.

11 、 When upper line temperature shows the same with the lower line set-up temperature.

Remark How to change the cup heating platen?

① Loose the screw on the cup platen as below:

② Change other size heating platen and fasten screws.

③ Connect the wire.

(3) PROCEDURE FOR PLATE HEAT PRESS OPERATION PROCEDURE FOR MULTI FUNCTION HEAT PRESS MACHINE

① Put the machine on a flat surface

② Loose the screws on the upper heating plate, see below picture Screws should be loosen.

③ Picture for all screws are loosen.

④ Take away the upper heating plate.

⑤ Prepare the heating part for plate.

⑥ Install the heating part according to below picture and fasten the screws.

⑦ Picture after heating part installation:

⑧ Connect the power

⑨ Push down Red Button and turn on machine

⑩ After three seconds, machine display as below picture.

11 、 Press “SET”, upper line shows the machine real temperature, the lower line shows the set –up temperature.

12 、 Press “SET”, upper line shows 5P, lower line shows set-up temperature.

13 、 Press to set the temperature needed.

14 、 Press “SET” again, upper line shows 5F,lower lines shows original set time.

15 、 Press to set the time needed.

16 、 Then press “SET” again, upper line shows machine real temperature, lower line shows set temperature.

17 、 When upper line temperature shows the same with the lower line set-up temperature, then you can process plate heat transfer.

① Put the machine on a flat surface

② Loose the screws on the upper heating plate, see below picture Screws should be loosen.

③ Picture for all screws are loosen.

④ Take away the upper heating plate.

⑦ Loose the two screws under the lower heating plate. Loose these two screws.

⑨ Move away the lower heating platen

⑩ Picture after heating platens are moving away.

12 、 Loose the two screws in the middle The two screws

13 、 Fasten the lower heat platen.

14 、 Fasten the screws in the front

15 、 Fasten the screws in back side.

13 、 Lower hat heat platen installation is finished.

14 、 Fasten the screws to fix the upper hat heat platen.

16 、 Connect power wire.

17 、 Now, installation finish

18 、 Press Red Button to turn on machine.

19 、 After three seconds, machine display as below picture.

20 、 Press “SET”, upper line shows the machine real temperature, the lower line shows the set –up temperature.

21 、 Press “SET”, upper line shows 5P, lower line shows set-up temperature.

22 、 Press to set the temperature needed.

23 、 Press “SET” again, upper line shows 5F,lower lines shows original set time.

24 、 Press to set the time needed.

25 、 Then press “SET” again, upper line shows machine real temperature, lower line shows set temperature.

26 、 When upper line temperature shows the same with the lower line set-up temperature, then you can process hat heat press.
