Conclusion 1) Better relationship  higher efficiency  better productivity  better relationship….. -Open system, Circulating -One depend on the other 2) It is not the only factor to productivity - an important factor

2) Especially important in small firm - close relation, often touch - less important in large firm 3) Management are said to be more important factor in many books. - assumption of large firm - seldom touch, loosen relationship

Suggestions 1) Sense and Sensibility - Don’t let the mood take over you - stand objectively, use sensibility - think of the whole picture - have a diversity of thinking

2) Don’ t be blind - productivity is a combination of factors - do not emphasis too heavily on one factor - should work well on other factors e.g. skills, management

3) To improve anyone of the factor - circulation relationship - one factor improve, the whole circulation improve - e.g. communicate more e.g. work more effectively
