STEP 1: Remove ATV Rear Tires Remove ATV right side wheel hub Remove ATV stock swing arm (2 bolts) KTRACKS
STEP 2: Install track kit swing arm mounting bracket KTRACKS
STEP 3: Remove the two caliper mounting bolts Remove the caliper KTRACKS
STEP 4: Loosen brake disc hub SHCS Turn hub counterclockwise so the snap ring can be removed Turn the hub clockwise to remove – mark and note the number of turns – the hub adjusts carrier bearing preload KTRACKS
STEP 5: Remove brake disc Remove retainer ring Remove ATV stock rear brake caliper mounting plate KTRACKS
STEP 6: Install track kit brake caliper relocation mounting plate Reinstall ATV brake disc, brake disc hub and snap ring Adjust the disc brake hub and tighten the SHCS to lock in place KTRACKS
STEP 7: Reinstall the ATV rear caliper – install and tighten two bolts KTRACKS
STEP 8: Install the RH & LH track assemblies KTRACKS
STEP 9: Install the kit swing arm Position the track kit swing arm as shown and rotate into place KTRACKS
STEP 10: Install supplied swing arm mounting bolt and washer Install supplied washer and Nyloc nut KTRACKS
STEP 11: Install supplied (4) 5/16” bolts & (2) retainer plates Install and tighten (4) Nyloc nuts KTRACKS

STEP 12: Install 3 rd link assembly: (See next pages) KTRACKS
STEP 13: Relocate ATV stock negative ground wires Install 3 rd link onto frame Install supplied (2) SHCS and tighten KTRACKS
STEP 14: Install 3 rd link bar with supplied bolt and Nyloc nut KTRACKS
STEP 15: Initial Track Adjustment: KTRACKS Measurements must be taken off head of 1/2- 13NC (rear) and 5/8-11NC (front) bolts flat to flat Adjust to 18 1/8 inches Measure from this point Measure to back of Bogey mount Adjust to 9” NOTE: Both sides must be adjusted equally
