 Use these forms when you want to tell other people what to do. tu et vous

 Notice that we do not use the pronouns TU or VOUS;  They are understood without being mentioned.  Finis!Finish!  Finissez!Finish!  Vends!Sell!

 Use the TU form when speaking to someone you know well or someone your own age.  Use the VOUS form when speaking to someone older or with more than one person. Christine! N’attends pas Morgan! Jordan! Marcus! N’attendez pas Brendan! M. Bonaparte! N’envahissez pas la Russie!

With –ER verbs, drop the ‘s’ to form l’impératif. tu parles—Parle! tu joues—Joue! tu vas—Va!
