Asis AdvancedTCA Class The chassis consist of the following parts : 1.Backplane - 1.Backplane - PCB that connect all the chassis components together. 2.Shelf manager 2.Shelf manager - FRU that control and monitor all of the chassis component.Shelf managerShelf manager 3.Fan tray 3.Fan tray - FRU that supply sufficient air flow and velocity to the shelf in order to withstand within the ATCA specifications. 4.Air filter 4.Air filter - FRU that filter the incoming air in to the chassis 5.SEEPROMs 5.SEEPROMs - FRU which contain data about the chassis and the manufacture. 6.Power Supply 6.Power Supply - supplying sufficient power to the shelf for normal operation. 7.Front Blade 7.Front Blade - areas in which the third party blades slide into. 8.RTM areas - 8.RTM areas - areas in which the third party RTM slide into.
