Goal Increased Protein Current Increased Muscle Body Fat % Wellness Profile – Muscle Mass Goal Increased Protein Current Increased Muscle We can increase your basal metabolic rate by increasing your muscle mass. Muscle cells burn much more calories than any anything else, so if we increase your muscle mass, you will be burning more calories even when you are sat at work or at home! Your muscle mass at the moment is………. So if we increase your muscle mass your Basal Metabolic Rate will increase, your body fat will decrease, and your body shape will be smaller (point to the diagram of the limb – limb on the right has a higher muscle mass, therefore lower fat and is smaller clothing size) Body Fat %

Wellness Profile – Physique Rating At the moment your physique rating is number…….. Where would you like to be?

75% Wellness Profile – Basal Metabolic Rate Maintain Reach BMR Your Basal Metabolic Rate is the amount of calories your body burns at rest for an entire day. 75% Your Basal Metabolic Rate is the amount of calories you burn at rest for 1 day. It accounts for the most amount of calories you burn during the day. Your Basal Metabolic Rate is…………… If you ate 500 less calories than this per day you will lose weight a minimum of 1lb per week from fat. If you ate more you will put on weight. So we need you to eat less than………… calories per day. We recommend no lower then 1000-1200 so we would need to make sure calories from activity levels and thermogenisis are optimised to still achieve a good weight loss result. If you are exercising, you will burn extra calories, so it will be easier to lose weight. Another way to speed up your weight loss and body fat burning is for us to increase your basal metabolic rate, because this will make it even easier for you to eat fewer calories than the calories you are burning (leads on to next slide) Maintain Reach BMR Lose / Gain -/+ 500 calories

75% Wellness Profile – Cal intake vs Cal burnt Your Basal Metabolic Rate is the amount of calories you burn at rest for 1 day. It accounts for the most amount of calories you burn during the day. Wellness Profile – Metabolic Age We are made of trillions of different cells They need 114 nutrients during the day If we do not provide our cells with all the correct nutrients they do not function properly and we age quicker It’s also really important for us to know that when we eat we are actually feeding our cells and not our stomachs. We need to provide our trillions of cells with 114 nutrients every day for them to function properly and reduce the rate at which our body ages. Your metabolic age is……….. What would you like it to be? Who else do you know who would be interested in finding out what their metabolic age is? What is your Metabolic Age?
