Advantages of using the Matrix system Oxygen injection technology (Simple to operate) Delivers more oxygen than oxygen demand Trailer mounted turnkey system (small footprint) Quick setup and removal (Threat of hurricane) Only requires a 230-v, 1-phase power supply Routine maintenance every 3-6 months (filters, belts, oil etc.) Systems automatically restart following power outage Safety, security and low noise level (74 dbl)
Install injection points using geoprobe or hollow stem augur
Down well “0.010” slotted screen with 12” Sump (used for oxygen dispersion)
Trench to injection well location and termination vault
Determine height of well head assembly (Note: Shallow depth of O 2 tubing installation & connection to injection point)
Injection point & tubing connection: Below tubing connection pvc riser is ¾ “ diameter; Above connection bush up to 1” diameter (for more work space)
¾ “ diameter HDPE tubing delivers oxygen to injection wells
