WHAT IS GLORY? VISIBLE MANIFESTATION, OUTWARD EXPRESSION OF A PERSON’S ABILITY THAT HAS A ‘WOW’ EFFECT ON AN AUDIENCE GLORY OF GOD = THE MANIFESTATION OF THE PRESENCE AND POWER OF GOD THROUGH SOME PHYSICAL MEDIUM

GLORIFIED/BLESSED = EMPOWERED JESUS - ANOINTED WITH THE SPIRIT AND ACKNOWLEDGED MATTHEW 3:16-17 WE – BAPTISED INTO CHRIST AND FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT EPHESIANS 1:3-14 BLESSED – IN CHRIST, SONS, MADE HIS INHERITANCE, SEALED WITH THE SPIRIT IN THIS WAY GLORIFIED

GLORY OF ACHIEVEMENT WE ARE GLORIFIED BEFORE ACHIEVEMENT GOD IS GLORIFIED BY ACHIEVEMENT JOHN 15:1-8 THE ABIDING BRANCHES GLORIFY GOD BY MUCH FRUIT WE MUST BE BAPTISED INTO THE VINE BEFORE WE CAN BE FRUITFUL THE OBEDIENT GLORIFY GOD, BUT THEY MUST FIRST BE BLESSED/GLORIFIED.

WHAT IS THE CHRISTIAN’S GLORY? THE PRESENCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT THE INDWELLING ENABLER WHO MANIFESTS HIMSELF THROUGH US BY MEANS OF HIS GIFTS HIS FRUIT

THE GLORY OF THE BODY JOHN 17 – A PRAYER FOR US, NOT JUST FOR ME A PRAYER THAT WE MIGHT BE ONE, THAT WE WOULD BE AVAILABLE, THAT WE MIGHT BE WITH HIM. ONE WITH THE TRINITY AVAILABLE WITH THE SON, JESUS KNOWING GOD TOGETHER

PROGRESSIVE GLORY 2 CORINTHIANS 3:18 WE REFLECTING THE GLORY OF THE LORD ARE BEING CHANGED INTO THE SAME IMAGE FROM GLORY TO GLORY WHICH IS THE WORK OF THE SPIRIT AS WE GROW IN THE LORD WE BECOME INCREASINGLY AVAILABLE AND USEFUL TO HIM

SEEKING GLORY ROMANS 2:6-7 NOT FOR MYSELF/OURSELVES SEEKING GLORY THAT MAKES US USEFUL TO GOD SEEKING GLORY THAT COMES FROM GOD SEEKING THE GLORY THAT CHRIST WISHES TO SHARE WITH US SEEKING THE GLORY BY WHICH WE CAN GLORIFY GOD
