“..responsible for recording and addressing complaints received from the public with respect to the mining operations “. Penrice are now entering all complaints on a register and this information is being presented at the PCCG. One of the complaints alleges that considerable noise was generated from a road trucks leaving the site at 2.15am on the 8 February On inspection of the timesheets and the road truck logs it was found that the last truck left the site at 2145 hours on the 7 February 2009.
