Things I’m going to talk about Areas I cover Age of the properties Types of Residents Types of problems Solutions and continuing work.

Quinton Village Located in the parish of Bobbing.

Vicarage Estate Located in Milton Regis in walking distance of Milton High Street.

Milton other Langley Road, Musgrave Road, Regis Crescent, Saffron Way, Court Road, North Street.

Sittingbourne other Oast Court, Capel Road, Crossways, Peony Crescent, Bell Road

Sittingbourne Mockett Court/Freeman Court, Frederick Street, Laburnham Place, Paragon Court, Rock Road.

Age of Stock The area has a wide age range of properties ranging from early 1900’s to present day. Varying types of properties in my area though mainly 2 & 3 bedroom properties. 1990’s over 55’s accommodation Very few bungalows.

L.E.A.F Local Environmental Action Fund Each Housing Officer has an allocation of funds to be used within the area to benefit and enhance the local area and residents.

Rent & Benefits Working with income recovery Referring residents to Welfare Benefits Officer Refer and sign post residents to other partner agencies. CAB, Housing Benefit, Income Officer offering guidance.

For the Future Providing this complex high level customer service to residents on a day to day basis. Each resident is individual and their situation unique to them. Ensuring that all residents are treated with respect and provided with all the services they need. Continuing to work closely with residents and get fresh new ideas to improve their neighbourhood.
