+ SEED DISPERSAL Why is it important? Are there disadvantages?
By: Enric, Shyam, Jane, Yijia, Iad..  Dispersal is important because if the seeds are not dispersed, many germinating seedlings will grow very close.

SEED DISPERSAL BY TEMBUSU WOOD :RINOA,MAISARAH,CHUAN ZHENG AND RAYYI Some people wonder how a seed could grow in a crack .

Some ways on how the seed in the crack THE SEED MIGHT HAVE FLEW THERE. SOMEBODY MIGHT HAD PLANT THERE LAST BUT NOT LEAST,A BIRD MIGHT PLANT IT THERE. SO,WHICH MIGHT BE THE EXPLANATION?

Seed Dispersal by wind Some seeds have wings which help them to glide through the air. Some split from pods but have light parts that enables it to be carried by the wind. Some seeds have wings which help them to glide through the air. Some split from pods but have light parts that enables it to be carried by the wind.

DISPERSED BY WATER SEEDS THAT ARE DISPERSED BY WATER HAS SOME OF THE FOLLOWING PROPERTIES SOME SEEDS CAN FLOAT IN THE WATER AS IT MAY BE LIGHT. SOME SEEDS HAVE FIBROUS HUSK, THAT HELPS THE SEED FLOAT.

DISPERSAL BY ANIMALS SEEDS THAT ARE DISPERSED BY ANIMALS HAS SOME OF THE FOLLOWING PROPERTIES SOME SEEDS HAVE HOOKS SO THE FRUIT WILL BE STUCK AT THE ANIMAL’S FUR UNTIL THE FRUIT IS LOOSEN AND DROP. ANIMALS WHO ACCIDENTALLY EAT THE FRUIT OF A SEED WILL DROP IT’S DROPPING ANYWHERE.

DISPERSED BY SPLITTING THE SEED OF A PLANT WILL HARDERN,PREPARING TO SPLIT OUT.WHEN THE SEED IS DRIED, THE SEEDS WILL SPLIT OUT,PREVENTING THE PLANTS TO OVERCROWD.
