Some reviews of TOP “I think this is a wonderful program - extends the same strengths of ‘peer review’ in the science and research world to the education world, to the benefit of all.” “My mentor was inspiring. I very much enjoyed the chance to ‘pick the brain’ of an outstanding teacher. I felt fortunate to have his feedback about how I can improve my own teaching. His tips were concrete, practical, and directed toward areas I myself targeted for improvement.” “It is an excellent opportunity to have a top-notch educator observe you in action and provide constructive feedback. I think that all residents/faculty would benefit from this experience.” “A great experience. I’d do it again anytime”.
