Public Expenditures on Children 0 – 18 Compared to Early Brain Development NJ bucked the trend. Nationally, this is not how we, as a nation, spend our money. Where is there the most brain growth in children? Look at how much money we spend! This was a good investment for NJ and its young children—or at least, the ones protected under the decision.
