The Framework is a seven-agency collaborative  Human Services  Healthcare and Family Services  Aging  Children and Family Services  Public Health  Commerce and Economic Opportunity  Employment Security (data sharing) Goals  Provide governance for the creation of an enterprise approach to healthcare and human services.  Promote a culture of interoperability among Illinois Healthcare and Human Services (HHS) agencies, identify and provide resources and insights toward interoperability  Leverage the federal/state investments in the Health Information Exchange (HIE), the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA)  Integrated Eligibility System (IES)  Health Insurance Marketplace (HIM)  Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) upgrade. 2 10/31/2013Illinois Framework for Healthcare and Human Services
