4 month pilot program. Enables access to mentoring opportunities that students and recent graduates might not otherwise have. Mentors recruited from New Freedom Initiative Award Circle of Champions businesses. Expansion to more companies in Mentoring Pilot Program Overview

Develop a long-term career goal and identify steps toward accomplishing it. Links to other professionals for networking purposes. Practice disclosing disability and communicating disability-related work support and accommodation needs.
