HOMELESS

Homeless Guayaquil has a higher percentage of homeless. Many people haven't houses because they haven't resources. The principal reason is the difficult economy that Guayaquil Is happening. The most people have stigmas because the majority of homeless people are drug addicts or Criminals but also is true that a large portion of Homeless people are poor families, single mother with Children, senior citizens or they haven't family and also people who have mental illness

Causes Haven't opportunities Absolute poverty Haven't a job Higher cost house – low salaries

Solutions I think it couldn't be solved because countries always have poverty percentage but there are many items for decreasing homeless. For example:

Solutions People should adopt children who haven't family The government should create more foundations Foundations can help with donations of material for building house The government should create more projects about building house for poor people for example “socio vivienda” these houses are more economic

Controversial Topic Helping poor people is a controversial because many people are accustomed to receive many thing and their lives become very easy. I think we should help to give a job so that they feel useful
