B ACKGROUND Work funded by HRCBC & Citizenship Commission with support of Home & International Committee June – December 2011 Initial research & Report drafting with Julie Ashdown Further development and research December 2011 – April 2012 Action plan adopted by ExCo Funding & Accommodation Strategy

A PRIL P RESENT 65 goals in the action plan to be achieved by 31 st December 2012 Various Directorates, Home and International Committee, Human Rights Capacity Building Committee, Human Rights Facilitator. 15 have already been achieved and work on a further 25 is well underway.
