3. Login / Create New Account  In this section you can do the following: › Have an existing account – login › Forgot your password – retrieve it › Signup and create new account › Have created a new account but need to activate it

Login / Create New Account 1)Log into existing account: Enter the address and password combination associated with your account to login 2)Click on the LOGIN button to process the login and proceed to the next section 3)You will be taken to the next section ONLY if the correct details are provided 1 2

Login / Create New Account 1)Forgot your password and cannot log in: Enter the address associated with your account and then click on the Get Password button to retrieve your password. 2)Only if account exists for this address will the password be retrieved and ed to you. 3)Now take your password and use it with the address to login

If you already have an account and want to register again you will need to use a different address. 3)Upon successful completion of this form an activation code will be sent to your account 1 3

Login / Create New Account 1)Need to activate a new account: Take the Activation Code that was ed to you after you submitted the New Applicant Signup Form and paste this code along with your address into the Activate My Account Form 2)Clicking on the Activate My Account button will activate your account and automatically take you to the application form 1 2 1

Useful if you want to ensure your application data doesn’t get lost or if you want to just save your application and then finish later 3)“Save and Submit” your application. Save and submit your application to council. Following this action you won’t be able to edit your application again 4)A unique reference number is automatically generated for each application

Answer quality is one of the factors that will determine your score and therefore whether or not you are successful 2
