Work session on WADC v. 2  To start with:  - Proportionality in ADRV and sanctions, in whereabouts and in public disclosure (f.ex. minors)  - Implementation of sanctions  especially taking into consideration the new 4 year ban and the possibilities to reduce the sanction  defining intentional and reckless for example  - Implementing the TUE rules and mutual recognition of TUEs

Work session on WADC v. 2  Discussion  - Filing failures and missed tests (Article 2.4.) from 18 months to 12 months  - Period of ineligibility – first violation  implementation of the new rules (Articles 2 and 10/Appendix 3)

Work session on WADC v. 2  - Implementation of the new ADRV rule Prohibited association (Article 2.10 and )  - Biological passport and the burden of proof  need for guidelines (Articles 2. and 10.)  - Proportionality in implementing the lifetime ineligibility rule (Article 10)
