 Yogi was born on May 12, 1925  Born in St. Louis Missouri  Married Carmen Short In St. Louis January,  Hasn't died yet, lives in Montclair, New Jersey  Has Three children: Larry Jr., Tim, And Dale Berra

Yogi Berra has played on more pennant winning teams and world champion baseball teams than any other player in history. He has set many records for catchers, 148 consecutive games without an error, that is about 592 hours of perfection. Yogi was voted American league’s most valuable player in 1952, 1954 and Today he is still a living baseball legend at the age of 85

 His Parents immigrated from Italy to St.Louis, Mo around the 1900’s  He was a fourth son 3 brothers: Mike, Tony, John and 1 sister: Josie  His family had to work hard as laborers to provide enough money for the family  When Yogi was a kid he played baseball with his friends after school  His baseball team as a kid was called the Stags sandlot Baseball team

o His Parents had no money, they had to live in a place called The Hills o When yogi got older he worked in a: o Coal yard o Sold newspapers called: The St.louis Post dispatch and the other one was the Star times
