Positions There are 9 players in each team playing at the same time. In the defense the players are distributed into 9 posintions. In the infield: 1 Pitcher (is the person who throws the ball to try toeliminate the batter. 2 Catcher (he catches the ball throwed by the pitcher after pass in front of the batter. 3 First base ( defends the first base) 4 Second base (defends the second base) 5 Third base (defends the third base) 6 Short stop (he is between the second and the third base) In the outfield: 7 Right field (he is in the center of the outfield) 8 Center field (is in the center of the outfield) 9 Left fied (is in the left of the outfield) In the attack there is a player batting and some players in the bases 3 maximun. The rest of the team is in the bench.

Rules The game has two objetives: the defending team must eliminate the batters before they arrive to the home base. There are many ways to eliminate a batter. 1 The pitcher must accumulate 3 strikes (good throws, or when the batter tried to hit the ball but he couldn’t) 2 The defending team takes the ball after been hit but before bounce. 3 The person who has the ball steps the base that the batter is going to. 4 The person who has the ball touches the batter with the hand that contains the ball.

If the pitcher can’t do three strikes and he throws the ball 4 times wrong the batter can advance to the forst base. The team who is attacking tryes to arrive in the home base after passin over all the bases. When a player arrives to home he scores one run; the team with more runs win.
