Categories of Veterans Measured  All Veterans and Eligible Persons; and  All Disabled Veterans.

VJSEER  Veterans/Disabled Veterans who in the first or second quarter following registration earned wages from a new or different employer...  Divided by the number total Veterans/Disabled Veterans registered. 8

VJSERR  Veterans/Disabled Veterans who in the first or second quarter following registration, earned wages from a new or different employer and continued to earn wages in the third and fourth quarter...  Divided by the number of Veterans/Disabled Veterans who entered employment. 8
