1) Using other people’s productions without mentioning source 2) Stealing other people’s ideas and productions and representing it as one’s own Plagiarism is an act of fraud by USA laws Types of plagiarism: 1) The Ghost writer 2) The Too-perfect paraphrase 3) The poor-disguise 4) The photocopy 5) The potluck paper

The way of cheating when the writer assigns other person’s work. And this other person is a ghost writer Two types: 1) Mercenary 2) Victim

The person who earns money by doing a work for somebody else. They writes stories, articles, essays, speeches, books even musical compositions and comments.

At Ghostwriters Ink, we only work with leading ghostwriters and book editors who have ghost written, co-written and edited books for clients across North America, UK, and abroad.

Victim is an actual author of the specific work whose work was stolen and was assigned by another person.

The writer use proper citation and paraphrase well, but he or she forget to put the quotation marks in text.

Example of Accidental stealing  According to Althen, the author of American Ways, It [advertising] affords countless insights into American values, tastes, and standards (205).  According to Althen, the author of American Ways, “It [advertising] affords countless insights into American values, tastes, and standards” (205).

Although the writer included the reference, the writer does not paraphrase, only change key words or phrases.

Example of The Poor Disguise  According to Outliers, “a Korean Air Boeing 707 wandered into Russian air space... By a Soviet military jet over the Barents Sea” (179).  According to Outliers, “a KAL Boeing 707 lost way into Russian sky... By a USSR jet over the Barents Sea” (179).

Copy-pasting a whole paragraph or a whole page without changing any thing.

Takes peaces of paragraphs or even sentences from different sites and resources and connects them together with a word of their own.

Don’t procrastinate. Mention the cite source.
