6 Steps to remove brackets from Head rail - Remove Brackets before Cutting Products Step #1 Tool – 3/16” or smaller Flat Head screwdriver Step #2 – Place Flat head screw drive in bracket notch Step #3 – Place product so head rail is closest to your body. Pull back screwdriver to dislodge bracket from head rail Step #4 – repeat until all bracket have been removed. Step #5 – Proceed to cut product 3/16” or lower Aluminum/Vinyl Bracket Removal A D C B

7 1) Packaging material will now be cardboard instead of plastic 2) Hardware box is smaller 3) Package is shorter due to smaller hardware box. 4) A cardboard insert has been added to packaging to retain the carriers and wand. 5) All foam will be removed from packaging. 6) The end cap has been redesigned to incorporate a retaining metal strap instead of a retaining screw. 7) One end of the head rail will not have end cap installed; Lowe's associate will install after sizing product. 8) The wand will now be packaged in cardboard insert as shown; not connected to the lead carrier in the head rail. 8 Vertical headrail » Will no longer require unscrewing the endcap as only one endcap will be on the product in the box—the 2 nd endcap and spacer are located in the hardware box » Before cutting, the associate will need to remove the cardboard insert attached to the tilter and cut as they do today (the machine will still punch a hole in the headrail but it will no longer be utilized on this new product). » Once cut and the associate removes the extra carriers, they can attach the spacer as they do today and then attach the endcap by tightening the 2 screws at the bottom of the endcap Vertical vanes » No changes to current cutting process Changes to consider when cutting Vertical Product

9 1) All hardware is contained internally in faux head rail 2) Plastic wrap has been removed, utilize Velcro strap for larger blinds 3) Valance now measures packaged blind width, NOT labeled package width i.e. Green Box: 35x64 (blind measures 34 1/2”, valance measures 35”) Blue Box: 35x64 (blind measures 34 1/2”, valance measures 34 1/2” 4) Place valance in notch on squaring block, on second cut, for both inside and outside mounts Levolor Faux & Real Wood Packaging/Product Changes *note: all new packages will be in blue boxes, not white
