LWI LiveWell Initiative LWI LiveWell Initiative 10 The CHIP Goal: To improve ‘Birthing’ attendance at Amuwo Odofin Health Centre and thus reduce maternal mortality significantly at the Local Government Area. Process Objective: –The process objective is to improve perception of Health Centre workers by the Community to 70% by June 2013 –To enlist Community buy-in measured by endorsement –To train at least 20 Community Members as 'birthing centre advocates' by Dec 2013 Outcome Objective: The outcome objective is to improve the number of births at the health centre to 40% by June 2014 from the current baseline of 10%.
