Overview  Ensuring subject understanding of study and importance  Making it easy to participate  Identifying subject challenges to participation  Ensuring nurse manager and peers knowledgeable about study and importance

 Do 3 Table exercises – 10 minutes each  Group report out – 15 minutes

Exercise 1  List ideas to keep participants in your organization in the study. (5 minutes)  Enlist a volunteer table recorder.  Each person shares their ideas. (5 minutes)

Exercise 2  What are the challenges you anticipate you might encounter for the data collection intervals? (5 minutes)  Enlist a volunteer table recorder.  Each person shares their ideas. (5 minutes)
