The individual/Trust/Society seeking permission for obtaining licence of The IDPS Society must have to fulfil the required procedure in permitted time and will have to satisfy the Authority or Management Team of The IDPS Society. The licence seeker, after getting once approval of the site, will have to deposit the required licence fee within permitted time in two instalments in the ratio of 75:25. After establishment, the School will have to maintain the annual Royalty to the IDPS Society as per given schedule : Advertisement & Marketing, Publication, Counselling, Recruitment and Training of staff, Inauguration and organizing of functions will be monitored by the IDPS Society, New Delhi. The IDPS Society will in no way be held responsible for any loss /profit of the said Institution. This is strictly under the parameter of the concerned Institute. The IDPS Society will help in obtaining NOC and Affiliation to the concerned school, only after getting full length support & co-operation. The school will enjoy it’s association & affiliation to The IDPS Society only by maintaining and adhering the norms and procedures. The IDPS Society will be solely authorized to take the final decision under all circumstances, before or after the association of the concerned individual/Trust/Society.
