Personal Reflection/Swot Now that I am at the end of my educational journey, I can reflect upon my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that I had at the beginning of my endeavor (SWOT). After pursuing the Educational Specialists Program, I now have acquired more strengths, which gives me more opportunities to grow and use my erudition. The disposition rubric gave me an opportunity to reflect and share my opinion about myself. SWOT Reflection Disposition Rubric
