Personal Introduction & Resume’ My name is Marilyn Baker. I am in the final semester of my Education Specialist Degree at the University of West Georgia. I have been in this program for the last two years. Also, I have been the media specialist at Naomi Elementary School for five years. I am married and have four children and seven grandchildren. Purpose of this Portfolio The purpose of this portfolio is to showcase the accomplishments that I have completed according to the NETS and COE standards. This is the time to proudly present the many achievements that I have mastered.

Personal Reflection/Swot Now that I am at the end of my educational journey, I can reflect upon my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that I had at the beginning of my endeavor (SWOT). After pursuing the Educational Specialists Program, I now have acquired more strengths, which gives me more opportunities to grow and use my erudition.
