What we did Went through the PERS documentation, data element by data element Decided where on existing forms to store new data to be collected Agreed on design of new form to display PERS data Created new tables, forms, etc. Tested first versions of software

Not Quite The End Software delivered, but… Still finding some glitches Solution Center working on it No worries - CalPERS is having problems too
Are we glad we did it? Of course! We gained insight into the process of program development We enjoyed a sense of camaraderie with members of the focus group. We have a feeling of accomplishment!
