FINAL QUALITY EVALUATION REPORT

The meaning of Quality assurance in B-PLAN 2°ROUND In the B-PLAN 2°ROUND it was essential to monitor and evaluate the entire process and the results, point out the progress, identify immediately the possible problems and register step by step the positive results.

After the first meeting, all the partners said that we need to simplify the Internet tools and to make a Facebook page – so, we improve it in the second meeting - We improve the visibility of the site and change the old logo At the second meeting we also have a round table and we discuss more about the quality and the difficulties of the partnership. We also improve and finish the outputs of the project (model guidance, handbook, demo) and we established the preparation of the following meeting. In the third meeting we share a final point of view about the website, the Facebook page and about the brochure and we also made the last suggestions for their improvements. It was very nice to see that all of the partners include their professional experience for the best of the project. Even there have been some difficulties to get done everything on time, we always get to quality products and agreements.

In the 4th meeting we discussed about the strong and the weak points of the BPLAN2 Model. We also made some adjustments to the BPlan2 tools and established the deadlines for the final version. As a result, we have more than a 100 users for the testing phase and about 10% from them starts their own business plan and most probabily starts their newborn enterprise.

As you can see below, we have lots of strong point about the partnership like the ability of all partners to resolve unexpected problems, personal experience of each for the best of the project, the comunication within the partnership and the excellent collaboration. We also use the weakness of the partnership to improve it - like the different points of view and perspective. We use it to fulfill all the week points in the BPLAN2 tools to make it better for all the partners.

Plans for the Future The multi-annual budget for aims to fund the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy for a smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. This strategy sets objectives in the following five areas: employment, research and development, climate change and environment, education, poverty and social exclusion. Which trends for the new programming? Meeting the objective of simplicity, the proposals for the programming include the following major trends: - A decrease in the number of separate programs through a grouping of the programmes: Erasmus for All programme will include all branches of the Lifelong Learning Programme (Erasmus, Comenius, Leonardo, Grundtvigt...) and the Youth in Action programme; the Culture and Media programmes will be grouped together in the Creative Europe programme. Finally, Horizon 2020 will be the big new programme dedicated to research and innovation (former FP7). - The simplification of procedures and the application of common principles for funding - The decentralization of the management of funds, with an increased role given to executive agencies - The system of Structural Funds (ERDF, ESF, EAFRD) nevertheless remains almost unchanged for the next programming period

Final remarks: All of the meeting we had were with really good and kind organization. Each partner try to make the partners feel comfortable in them country, and I think we did it. The coordination is perfect, without Betti it would be so difficult. I think this project will be better than the old one, because we improve already the weakness from the last project and we eliminate some misunderstandings about the plans and also we improve in every meeting our skills and discuss about any further obstacle of this project.

Personal remarks: I want to thank you all for the real good time and collaboration. I think we have done a very good job and I also want to thank you for all that you have done for the projects and for us in every meeting. I really think that this project will be a better choise for the young, women, unemployed and all other people who want to start a bussines. I hope that in the next perriod to make together other beautiful projects and…I also hope to be together with you until the end of the project. Please accept my apologize for not being there with you, but PhD exams can’t be delayed Hope to see you soon and thank you again for the best collaboration and for the great moments that we have spend it together. Best regards, Ciprian PANDEA AESD Romania
