One of the best ways to decide whether your career choice is a good one is to get an entry- level job That puts you in contact with people in your chosen career

In completing your three Career Interest Surveys, you were asked to consider the following questions: Does this career meet my salary requirements? Is this job compatible with my work behavioral style? Will there by many job openings when I am ready to go to work?

I you like to work with other people in encouraging ways. And you are tolerant and thoughtful. Then you are Influencing

If you like responsibilities and well-defined procedures. And you are a listener and an achiever. Your behavioral style is: Steadiness

The personality type would be happiest in each job below under the chosen career Teacher of adult education cooking classes: Influencing Associate chef in a restaurant: Steadiness

If you work in the construction industry and your work behavioral style is influencing, you would be most comfortable as an Architect

Opportunities like shadowing, internships, and entry-level or volunteer work are great ways to get Experience completing actual work responsibilities and settings.
